Please call or confirm that all the people
who have signed up for Adoration are still active and continuing their
hour. If not, please make the corrections on the schedule posted in
the Chapel.
-
If a person on your hour is not able to be
present for Adoration at their assigned time, ask them to please find
their own substitute. There must be at least one person in
attendance with the Blessed Sacrament at all times. If they are
not able to find a substitute then they should contact the Hourly
Coordinator to help them fill this spot. A list of substitutes will be
supplied and updated monthly. If you as the Hourly Coordinator are
going to be gone for more than a few days, please contact another
Hourly Coordinator to take you time slot or contact your Divisional
Leader.
-
If any person must change their current
hour, please ask them to take another hour that may work better with
their schedule. If they cannot take a different hour, ask if they
would please be on our substitute list and be specific about when they
are available. Please attempt to find a replacement for this hour and
contact your Divisional Leader for help if needed. If the person
selects a different hour, please contact that hourly coordinator to
make sure they know of the changes and please make changes to the
schedule posted in the Chapel.
-
Please check the Adoration sign up sheet
on a bi-monthly basis to determine if anyone on your list has not been
attending. A call to them to confirm their status would be
appreciated.
-
The schedule will be posted in the Chapel
and updated monthly. A schedule will also be posted in the vestibule
of the Church (note: this schedule will not have phone numbers on the
list.) A copy of the updated schedules will be available for each
Hourly Coordinator monthly and will be placed in the Chapel next to
the binder for you to pick up.
- A telephone is available in the Chapel for emergency use only
(outgoing calls). Note: A schedule and a substitute list will be
available in the notebook for your reference)
Thank you for all the work and commitment you have given to this
program. St. Cecilia's has truly been blessed by your faith and
persistence. |
